As Founder and President of RMarcus Government Strategies, Rebecca Marcus is an experienced advocate who has demonstrated her expertise in state and national politics and policymaking. She has achieved major legislative and budget victories for her clients across industry areas. Prior to running her own advocacy firm, for over a decade Rebecca served as Chief of Staff to three powerful California State Assemblymembers who chaired the Committees on Judiciary, Human Services, and Revenue & Taxation. Before her time in the Capitol, for six years, she worked to elect members of Congress in Washington, D.C. Rebecca earned her B.A. in Political Science from University of California, San Diego and lives in Sacramento with her family.
